Any good warmups or stretches for a hurdler?

“The world’s greatest stretch”
Go into a runner’s stretch (forward lunge with your right leg bent and forward and left leg behind you and straight, body inside of the right leg)
then take your right arm and turn towards your right leg, and put your right arm towards the sky
then put your body and put it right above your right leg
then straighten your front leg so both legs are straight
finally raise your front foot’s toes towards the sky to stretch your calf.
Then do the same on your other leg
